A WOMAN'S PRACTICE

While a well-balanced practice is the key good health, every woman's practice must adapt to support her through the different stages of her life.

  • Learn the six poses every woman  must know.

It's important to have both  flexiblity and strength in our inner and outer hips for a healthy back, balance and future mobility.

REST YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM

This is probably the most important part of an asana practice.  It requires sensitivity and precision to bring the nervous system to a state of deep relaxation. A restored nervous system equals internal tranqulity and continued good health

 

  • more than 1 year of yoga

  • must have 1 bolster, 2 blocks, 3 blankets, 1 belt
