I have been practicing for over 20 and teaching for over 11 years. I have experienced and witnessed incredible changes in myself and students when they have integrated yoga into their lives on a daily basis. Not only do they make physical advancements but their relationships improve.

I am passionate about helping others become consistent and inspired and dare I say, playful in a daily practice. I am super passionate that my students learn the tools so they are empowered to help themselves and not dependent on someone else’s plan or schedule.

I will show you how to create a space for your practice, and show you techniques to make your practice more interesting.
I will help you with areas of difficulty like that knee that gets in your way or those tight hamstrings, or a particular pose you want to improve.
There is something else that I’ve seen happen when students practice a little bit everyday, their relationships improve. I think the physical benefits of yoga are a by-product of the deeper benefits like being a better person or cultivating equanimity in the face of life’s ups and downs. When you are centered and connected, the people around you feel the glow. I do believe it can change you and the world around you.
